Vodacom deliveries USELESS.

Vodacom deliveries with Ram is totally useless I upgraded last Tuesday with a promise of 2 to 5 days delivery but yes today day 7 still nothing I waited Friday and Monday but when I went out they called me and I told them I will be back after 1 but when I called after 2 the Ram driver said sorry. I did speak to Vodacom and Ram on Friday, but Vodacom wait for Ram and when I speak to Ram, they are waiting for Vodacom I don't understand why Vodacom stay with this people must be *******ion somewhere. I am 23 years with Vodacom with a lot of contracts but obviously they don't care. I order a lot online, and the Courier Guy bring anything the same or the next day.
