Vodacom deleted number
My husband has been in Australia for 4 months due to covid travel restrictions and arrived home last week, to discover that Vodacom has deleted his prepaid number of 19 years. Our local branch says it cant be retrieved and called customer care who says the same. This number hasnt been issued to anyone else. So many contacts and admin services are linked to this number.
How do we get it back? ***
