Vodacom deleted my top up contract number

Vodacom deleted my top up contract number I’ve had for 12 years with them. No notification and or phone call to discuss prior to deletion. And when I email them to reactivate / reinstate, they do not respond. Instead, *** send questions to authenticate you and when you answer they still do not revert but make you chat with Tobi the Bot. What customer service or non service is this vodacom. I’m very disappointed that after 12 years of taking my money, you couldn’t afford me Grace by way of a call / text as to what needs to be done to NOT DELETE THE NUMBERS x2. Pls urgently reinstate numbers *** and *** and advise what you need me to do in order to do so. It’s been 1 day since deletion. Thank you
