Vodacom deleted my number Ive had for 25 years

Vodacom deleted my number , I have spent 12 months and thousands of rand on phone calls to the call center, customer service, legal and been in the shops as well. I have now lost my watsap number when my phone did a upgrade/backup. I need someone to assist, the number as NOT been reassigned, if you call the number it says it doesn't exist. I have had the number for 25 years, and what it back PLEASE assist
