Vodacom deleted my number from their network after 12 years of business

Hi guys i had ported my number to vodacom in hope of better service but they deleted my number off the network . I have more than 20 numbers with them my monthly average spend is over R10,000.00 my account is older than 12 years with them. I cant belive their poor customer service. I am one of there platinum customers . I am going to move all my numbers to another network
