Vodacom deleted my number
Vodacom deleted my number after 20 years of using it, no communication, no messages nothing, when i called i was advised that i cannot get it back since its been deleted, For such a big network company this is embarrassing, If you are using vodacom beware of this, rather just get an alternative network as this is frustrating.

05 Jul 2025, 11:09Hi, i spoke to a guy called Mandla, who advised that my sim card was inactive hence the deletion, I went to a vodacom shop in clear water and they identified that there was a sim swap done on my number and it was portered to another network, she has requested the relevant department to reverse it and solve the issue, not sure why the guy i spoke to when i called could not identify this.
