Vodacom deleted my number and no one seems to want to help

I am beyond disappointed with Vodacom since the 20th of June my number was deleted from the system and no one seems to want to help me.i wrote a review on hello Peter and it was marked as resolved without proper help this is After I received an email requesting for my SIM card number which I provided but after that I was ignored, I have stressed enough that this is my business line and it’s so careless that the number can just be deleted while active without even a warning what bother me is that the consultant don’t understand the damage this may cause.
