Vodacom deleted my number

Vodacom deleted my number, I defaulted on one payment I was out of the country. When I cam back my number was not working. I have been calling the Vodacom customer care centers and have been to several Vodacom stores. No one wants to help me, they say my number has been deleted and it will be given to another person. Im asking why can't they give it back to me, as I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Vodacom your customer service is horrible and they way you treat your customers its *********.
