Vodacom deleted my number

Hi,I am Poppy Baloyi have been with Vodacom for more than 15 years using the same number only to find out on the 3rd of July 2019 my services were blocked,when i call the customer care,they transferred me to the legal department then they told me my phone was on on flexi 10 contract.Then we agreed i will make payments of whatever amount i owe them of which i did.The following day when i checked why is my number still not working as i made the full payment.Several consultants from the vodacom legal department just told me my number has been deleted and i can't get it back.I am so disappointed with Vodacom,that number has everything that concerns my life.I am totally stucked by now.Please help
