VODACOM DELETED MY NUMBER

I have been using my Vodacom number for the past 15 years. Two weeks back my number has been saying emergency calls only. Went to Vodacom store , they told me to buy another sim card and do a sim swap but still my phone was saying emergency calls only. I phone Vodacom customer care, then they told me my number has been deleted. Vodacom please assist I want to keep my number, please reactivated my number to prepaid from contract. i have been sent from pillar to post no one wants to assist me
