Vodacom Deleted d my numbers without warning

Vodacom decided to delete my numbers even though I was left with one payment of my dept. I've had this number for 20 years. I beginning of the year I missed some payments on my vodacom contract of which I only had two months left on. Which put my account in arrears.

Vodacom proceeds to suspend my numbers rightfully so. We speak and agree that my number will be turned to Prepaid for the remainder of my contract which was only 2 months. And I can pay off my dept. I started paying of my dept with was about 6000 or so.

Covid hits us hard. I'm in the events and tv industry everything haults. Without any income I still managed to bring my dept down to R1500. For about 2 months it was really rough and I could not finish of this amount. This month I got a hold of funds and I was going finish this dept off.

Vodacom the proceeds to delete my numbers of their network. One which I have had for 20 years. Without any warning. They claimed that they sent me an Sms. I did not receive such SMS. I told them the last SMs I had from Vodacom and they had nothing do to with COMPLETE deleting of my numbers.

My Biggest issues here are. I wasn't communicated with property like they did when they suspended my numbers. And I was able to make a plan. Which I had payed about 80% of this dept despite Covid limitations.

My other issue is that the Lady I spoke to on the phone speaks to me like I'm a ******** and she was very condescending for not finish of the remaining R1500. Like not even looking at my record as paying customer with contracts since about 2012 or 2011 and been on the vodacom network since 2000.

The most hurtful thing is that Vodacom wooed me into opening contracts with them. I've had so many contracts with them and taken devices from those contracts for year's. I've had phones from blackberries to Samsung note 4 to Samsung s8 to huwaweiis to tablets and routers. And I have payed off all my contracts in the past. I get into arrears for 2 months and even thou I was almost done with my dept you delete my numbers that I've had for years off the network??? This is ridiculously extreme and shows absolute no customer care for a loyal customer of 20 years. I fall onto hard times and instead of working with the delete my numbers. Even thou I was literally going to pay the remainder of this dept the same week.

Vodacom has made me feel like whatever money I have spent on them over the years was nothing. The contracts and the renewals meant nothing. What's worse is someone once took a device and contract with my account with was ***** around 2016. I only realised later that I'm being debited high amount. Vodacom apologized and said they will refund me my money. They only payed me a 3rd of what I was owed. I didn't even fight with them. I just let it go. Cause all in all then I was happy with all the other service they were providing for me. I am owed about R4500 still. I never returned to claim it.

But im left with 1500 cause of two missed agreement of payment right at the end they delete my numbers permanently.

This is so hurtful to be treated like this. They only love you when they want your money. Once there is trouble the cast you away like you did not do business with then for most the decade.

All I want is my numbers back. There must be a way to revert this process cause it really isn't fair. As we speak owe nothing to vodacom.
