Vodacom deleted contract number of 25 years

After noticing a new sim just appearing on my contract I logged a ***** dispute. After weeks they came back and confirmed ***** and it seems that they deleted that sim and also my contract number of 25 years.

Obviously support can't find the number -says it was deleted due to inactivity and can't escalate the issue as the number doesn't exist - what a joke.
