Vodacom Deleted Cell phone number - ***

<p>I urgently need asssitance with regards to my cell phone number that was deleted by Vodacom - number does not exist. I've been a customer for 16 years and the contract will expire at the end of November 2016. I've requested the Flamwood Walk branch to change the contract to pre-paid after expiry instead the number was deleted from the system dated 2016/11/18. The Flamwood Walk Branch in Klerksdorp have been visited 4 times and then, their system is either offline or they will contact me on an alternative number. Still no feedback was received.
