Vodacom delays cancellations

I tried to cancel my WiFi and only after about 5 phone calls and 3 months later did cancel, Vodacom still deducted every month, funny thing is the same thing happened to a friend, Vodacom does not cancel immediately so as to make money, this is nothing short of theft!!!!
