Vodacom delaying to remove a ***** account in my name in credit bureau

<p>I am still waiting for Vodacom to remove a ***** account that was opened in my name from credit bureau. They have been promising for month and now my credit score is ruined and i am applying for a home loan. Vodacom please give me a home loan now that the only credit I have is your ***** account which you promised that you are aware it's ***** and you will remove it. The account is in rrears in transunion and i need a house. What must I do know knowing that I can afford a home loan and now I must be charged a high interest because now it looks like I cannot be trusted with debts. So, it's fine, when I leave that suicide note, i will mention Vodacom. </p>
