Vodacom delaying and pathetic service

My phone got ****** and Vodacom refuses to do my sim swap. It's more than a month and I can't get my insurance phone replacement until my number gets back. I'm sick of waiting. And answering the same questions over and over again. And being passed from one person to another. This is my phone number. I can't make payments because i need an otp to my number. My business is being affected. Get your act together!!!!!!
