VODACOM DE*****S THE ELDERLY

my ****her passed away almost 2 years ago. Vodacom forced my mother of 84 to continue with a data contract which she could never use. At the appropriate time, the contract was cancelled. All the necessary steps were taken and phone calls logged to cancel the contract and the debit orders. It has been done twice yet they keep on deducting debit orders from my mother, who lives off an old age state pension. This is **********. Despite various calls to the call centre, they are still deducting the monthly order. This is unacceptable. The last date I called was on 2/9/2020 This is the second time that Vodacom has de*****ed me and my family. They make promises on HelloPeter which they never keep. If I had the money to do so, I would open a case of ***** against Vodacom.
