vodacom de*****ed me and now they suspended my acc

Vodacom made a ***** in my account and after they debited R689 which it was what I don't owe them , I went to the bank a reverse the money and pay R259 at vodacom tzaneen as that is the contract that I agree with them for, now my account is suspended and they say I owe them R100 which I don't understand is for , is not my fault that my account was de*****ed, is their job to protect our account not mine, and I paid them their R259 what do they want now , i feel that enough is enough i am going to speakout , i think is time for vodacom to pay what they did to me .
