Vodacom de***** their customers

My son enter the Voda bucks promotion. He scored some points on the Voda play shake promotion, where Vodacom partner with a lot of suppliers on various products. My son got the promotion code to purchase but needed a few Rands more for the transaction. He then used his bank card to complete the transaction. I went to Burger King and show them the promotion voucher number. The employees of Burger King was not aware of such a promotion. After sometime they decided to phone one of their branches and they gave instructions over the phone what needed to be done. They took the promotional code and only charge one burger. They realized their mistake but couldn't reverse the transaction. I phoned vodacom customer services immediately. They told me about the terms and conditions, whereby I told them that this is between them and their partner. It was not a mistake on my side. They need to refund the money that went from my so s bank account because now he got a burger for R42 there is a remaining balance which according to vodacom he will forfeit due to a mistake between vodacom and their suppliers. And that's how they de***** money from their customers. This is now going on from 14 th September where they always promised to resolve this issue within 72 hours. I even spoke to 2 supervisors and all of them make empty promises. This is now the 5 October and this morning they promised that their supervisor by the name of Ishmael will phone me back. They are now doing a cat and mouse play. Previously I was a victim of vodacom whereby my recharges always disapears or I cannot use it. They apologized and refund me. My second problem was I am always charged for products that I never subscribed to. They only responded last year when there was an article in the media and also a investigation about Vodacom that overcharged their customers. I was then refunded.
