Vodacom defame people character

I went to Vodacom shop at centurion mall to apply for a contract the consultant insulted me saying my I’d is **** and she is going to call security infront of all the customers making me look like a ********* my id was issued by home affairs I now went and verified my I’d at home affairs it. Is indeed original I’m now considering charging the consultant for defamation and also suing the store
