VODACOM DEDUCTS FUNDS AFTER MY CONTRACT ENDS AND IS CLOSED (THEFT)

Good da vodacom

my contract with vodacom ended in May 2019, i called vodacom to cancel the month to monht once the contract ended. I was told all is order. Vodacom then deducted funds from bank account in June, July, august and september. Didn't get any airtime or anything of that sort. I called again in september 2019 to have the funds reversed. I have the credit notes that supposed to passed onto my account. A vodacom business representative called to say that the funds will be reimbursed in my bank account within the next 48 hours. its been 2 months and still i have been calling, i've been told, yes Mr Williams, we can see the credit, the accounts department will do the refund....... And yet, still nothing.

My issue is, if i did not pay vodacom, then vodacom will send summons and place me on black list and charge interest. now that they have *******ly deducted funds from account and have not paid me back for the funds *******ly deducted. NO ACTION IS TAKEN.

I have been into stores, I have sent the complaints department queries and yet nothing. Is this the way vodacom does business. *****ing people's money, the worst part about this, is that i have never been arrears and yet this is the service i receive. You're basically *****ing from your most reliable customers.

RESOLVE THIS ISSUS VODACOM.

I have been hearing the same line of comment for the past 2 months and still no one has called me to tell me when my funds will be deposited. All I hear is that my query is being addressed
