VODACOM DEDUCTS AND KEEPS MONTHLY SUBS

30 Jan 2015 Vodacom deducts R1394.19 by debit order from my account - today the 10 April 2015 and still not credited to my Vodacom account. I have e-mailed, phoned, received a million reference numbers, noted this on facebook, been treated like I am the *****, been instructed to get bank stamped statements to prove the deduction was from my account , e-mailed that through a million times and guess what... Vodacom accounts have still done NOTHING!!! My question is - Who has taken my money???
