Vodacom deducting monies for non existing cell nr

<p>Since 7 Aug 2015 i am having problems with vodacom. i received a wifi 2gb nr ********** 563 which did not work. received another nr but 076 was not cancelled. they keep on deducting monies. spoke with margaret 3oct 2016 did not rectify.spoke with valeria and emma 6oct ref ********** 0890 nothing rectified. vilamaria ref ********** 70403 not rectified. floor manager brenton never returned my call. mega 16nov ********** 34283 and sam 31 oct did not resolve problem. 19dec received email statement monies still deducted. for 15months now R 1934 were deducted and the nr does not work. vodacom is pathetic and the costs for trying to solve the problem is getting out of hand. .</p>
