Vodacom deducting money without concent - my attorney will be contacting them

I recently received a sms that vodacom will be deducting R29-00 from my pre-paid airtime for a so called vodamail account, I went in to the vodacom shop and the person didn't help me at all, told me I have to phone vodacom customer care, after no one helped me there, I wrote an email explaining that I don't have a vodamail account, they better NOT deduct ANY airtime from me, I asked that someone please contact me, as I looked now, the R29-00 has been deducted, without my concent, without my permission, now i am going to open a theft case, I will take legal action against vodacom. I'm am going to request now on hello peter that my airtime must be paid back into/unto my cellphone number +*** within 24 hours, as I am not going to let this go by. I don't have a vodamail, I don't want a vodamail account. I have already talked to my attorney and I'm going to make everyone know what ******* vodacom really is. Monday morning I'm at my attorney opening a theft case. I did not give permission to take that airtime off my airtime. Watch me. I've had it with vodacom. Worst service at vodashop and customer care!!
