Vodacom deducting funds from my account based on a fictitious contract - No Feedback

I posted my complaint with Vodacom on the 19th of May 2016 and was quite surprised that Vodacom posted a response on HelloPeter the following day saying: "Thank you for the posting. The matter will be escalated and a consultant will be in contact to assist with resolution. Kind regards, Vodacom Consumer Website Team".

I am absolutely disappointed by their quick response on HelloPeter, as from their response on the 20th of May 2016 up to date nothing was done with regards to my complaint...5 days later and not even a call from Vodacom reassuring me that they are looking into the matter and will have an answer or have it resolved in due course...

Vodacom...for a leading cellular network provider you most definitely still have a far way to go to achieve a remote level of customer satisfaction, when it comes to service delivery...

Original complaint:

"

I have been billed the last few months incorrectly for a 2GB x 24 month
contract which I never agreed to.

So upon my inquiry to Vodacom I was advised that this is an Autopage
contract and have to request the contract for this 2GB x 24 month contract
from them, which I have apparently taken out in 2015.

I knew there needs to be something wrong as I have not signed an agreement
for a 2GB x 24 month contract in 2015. I proceeded and requested Autopage to send
me a copy of this agreement I have apparently entered into in 2015. As per
my expectations the only contract they could find was a contract on cell
number ***) which commenced on 23-July-2013 and has expired per
the agreement on 30-June-2015.

It seems that in the process whereby Autopage has transferred contracts to
Vodacom in 2016 that there was a contract mistakenly extended to a 2GB x 24
month contract, which should never have happened.

So I've then send my request to *** to cancel this contract for which netiher Vodacom not Autopage could provide me with a valid agreement. The response I received from Vodacom is shocking...:

"On Fri, May 6, 2016 at 3:41 PM, *** <*** style="box-sizing: border-box;">wrote:
Good day

Cancellation is loaded for 30/09/2017 as your contract expire that time

Regards"

This fictitious contract needs to be cancelled immediately.

Thanks in advance.

Regards
Wynand"
