VODACOM DEDUCTING DATA BUNDLES ON A MOBILE PHONE THAT DOES NOT HAVE INTERNET FUNCTIONS

I have a very old Samsung phone +/- 9 years old with pay as you go. The phone is only used for emergency, bank otp numbers or very occasionally the Sim card is used in a vodacom ****le for emergency internet access. Friday night 07July R50 airtime as transferred to the Sim card as I wanted to buy internet data for use the following day.. On Saturday 08 July when I wanted to buy data the money was all gone. I transferred some more money only to discover that Vodacom is using the money to deduct data bundles. This old phone does not have internet connections/ functions,you can only use the phone for telephone calls and sms. How can Vodacom be deducting data bundles when the phone had no internet connection. This shows how low Vodacom goes to rip customers off.
