Vodacom deducted wrong contract amount
In July i am migrate my account to a lower package. Vodacom have been charging me an amount of R268.26 instead of R79 as per our agreement via the elite mobile vodacom centre. My reference number ***. I was informed that a manager will call me within 48 hours to rectify the account. Its now a more than a month i have not received any calls from elite mobile vodacom. I have been revering the debiet order on my account ad vodacom is *****ing from me and i refuse to pay R286.26 when the contract was R79.

MY DAD PASSED AWAY 20 NOV 2020. HIS CONTRACT HAS EXPIRED AND WE INFORMED THEM OF HIS PASSING SENT IN ALL THE FORMS. AND THEY STILL REQUESTED R1220,00
Vodacom is ******* and *****'s. I am done with them and all their excused.
