Vodacom deducted additional charge and cannot give me a proper explanation

My Vodacom contract came to an end by the end of May 2017 which means my last invoice from Vodacom was on the 1st June 2017. Currently I have a ****le which also comes to an end (July 2017, cost of 2Gig ****le is R109 per month).

For the month of July, Vodacom deducted R405 from my *** for my ****le and R296 I am not sure of because I no longer have a contact.

Obviously I am not happy about this and contacted customer care, which was of no help. I decided to go into your store and spoke to a lovely lady from Vodacom. She was on the line with Technical/ Account support and they told her that there was a technical error and Vodacom undercharged me. If Vodacom undercharged me, I am more than happy to accept the additional charge. The interesting bit is no one can answer that question. I am not going to accept “It was a technical error “if you cannot show proof of the why the additional charge. I need to understand what the additional R296 was.

In the past this never happened and why all of a sudden now?

It would be absolutely amazing if someone from Vodacom could explain why the additional deduction!

Regards
Antoinette
