Vodacom declining contract cancellation and double charged for 4 months.

Ever since my contrast upgrade with Vodacom I have had nothing but problems. I finished paying my device and requested for my cancellation in January 2020 and I was given a call by the retention department who offered me a deal for 250 Minutes, R65 airtime and 20 gig data for the price of R288. I cancelled my device insurance, but they kept debiting me and would not cancel my insurance after countless requests. My insurance only got cancelled after submitting a claim for my lost device and I was advised my claim is declined as my insurance is cancelled yet I was still being debited. Second issue is that I am being charged over R550 for 40 gig and 500 minutes, yet I only receive R65 airtime, 20 gig and 250 minutes. On the 1st of March 2020 none of the services I am paying for were allocated to me, I had to call customer care for them to load my agreed services and I was charged double the amount. On the 1st of April I was charged double again and only received R65 airtime, 20 gig and 250 minutes, I logged a complaint and I was advised that everything would be resolved and up to date nothing has been done. On the 1st of May 2020 I was charged double again and nothing was allocated to me again till I complained again and R65 airtime and 250 minutes were allocated to me, but up to date no data was loaded. I have been sending emails to cancel my contract and credit my money back but Vodacom refuses to do so and they ignore my emails. I have numerous emails recorded for all these issues sent to the cancellation/retention manager (***), yet nothing is resolved. When I keep insisting that I want my money and contract cancelled I am told I am in areas, yet I have been double charged since the 1st of February 2020.
