VODACOM DECLINES TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AFTER MY FATHER PASSED AWAY AND CANCEL ALL CALLS MY MOTHER IS UNABLE TO PHONE

My father had a contact with vodacom for 24 years, he passed away and we app**** for a transfer of ownership from my father's name to my mother's name... Vodacom DECLINES transfer as my mother (PENSIONER) does not have a credit score!!! Nobody to think ouside of the box!! Nobody to override this! Vodacom cancel both contacts!! my mother is unable to phone! With my father who passed away she is alone and unable to make any calls.
