Vodacom decieving upgrades and cancellation prevention.

On 2014 /15 I signed up to a 2gb 24month contract. It has been well over two years and I no longer require the contract so I request a cancellation. However, I get a response that I can only cancel in 2019 because of that's when the contract expires. It clearly states within the statement that should my 24 month contract reach two years, it will revert to month to month.

However, it seems that after calling the call centre who was very rude and kept interrupting myself. I was told that I upgraded in October. This is unlikely because of three items. One, after checking my invoices, they are the exact same package they were before the "upgrade" to what it is now. I have received no device as this was simply a data package. There is no EMAIL agreement stating I have upgraded. This is extremely deceiving... I want the recording stating I upgraded and it must be clear and understandable. I also want to query where I placed a signature or even received confirmation via email of this event because I do not recall allowing an upgrade at all. It was evident I should have been on a month to month.

I want my cancellation approved without premature costs. I have been a client for over 4 years. there is nothing premature about it.
