Vodacom deceptive sales tactics

I am extremely disappointed on vodacom. Firstly they called me and offered me a package they sent me a quote for only weeks later, on the last day of the month only to find out it’s not what they said it is. And then when I asked them to change me back to the previous package I was on they promised to do so, only a month later nothing has been done.
