Vodacom deceiving and misleading customers

I feel obliged to warn anyone and everyone about Vodacom. They have outsourced their upgrades and sales to extremely dishonest companies. After being with Vodacom for almost 15 years I have been **** to again and again by agents who promise things they never deliver on. I have been trying since April to do an upgrade with data AND minutes. They promise me both and then the contract comes through as data only. They flat out lie every time to get me to agree to the contract. I have never been treated so badly in all my life! No one ever follows up the recorded conversations and I think Vodacom is only too happy for their agents to close the deals - even if it's through ********* means! I am now trying to reverse my 3rd upgrade after which I will port elsewhere and never go back to them again. Please be warned!
