Vodacom Deceit

Good day,<br> <br> I was sent a quote by Vodacom on 30 March 2016, quote number: ***9<br> <br> On 31 March I called the Vodacom and accepted the quote. The quote offered me a Samsung Galaxy Edge 32GB.<br> <br> This morning, 04 April, I called to check when my device will be delivered, only to be told the device has been discontinued.<br> <br> This is unacceptable and ludicrous. I accepted a quote which clearly offers me a 'Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge 32GB'<br> <br> Vodacom can't tell me AFTER I've accepted a quote that the device mentioned in the quote is unavailable.<br> <br> Vodacom must honour the contract which I accepted, and provide me the phone offered in the contract.<br> <br> If Vodacom cannot honour it's contract I will be filing a ******** case against vodacom.<br> <br> Please resolve this ASAP!
