Vodacom Debting me despite me canceling my contract with them

I took up a contract with vodacom in April and decided that i wanted to cancel as i realized that it wasn't what i was looking, the package did not cater for my needs, Vodacom is still debting me despite the numerous calls and emails i have sent to them . i definitely would not recommend them, they have dealt with my situation in a horrible way and for me its that they are still debiting me
