Vodacom debt

I took a contract with vodacom. In 2018. I was paying it well until i lost my job then couldn't pay it anymore. I then was appointed at pep and paid of the account but unfortunately my account was with lawyers so i had to call and settle with the lawyers this was 2019 and i was sent a paid up letter and told it would be updated with itc department....

I only found recently that it still not done and i cant apply for anything my life is at a stand still because of vodacom. I keep calling them they say one thing they will update it its too much now i really need my finacial freedom back. I have paid my due please assist me
