Vodacom debits outragious bill for cell contract

On the 07th of September 2015 vodacom charges R5,248.33 for my cell phone bill, where it is normally R1300.

I phoned their offices to enquire about this and they say that it is because of data usage, my argument was that i have a fixed data contract, I asked them specifically not to go over the limit of my data and if it does will they please cutt off my data the manager said yes this will be capped. I pleaded with Vodacom not to let this happen again and to cap my data on a fixed term as my contract agreement with them. I use my phone for business and cant afford these huge amounts or my phone to be cut off. On the 07 December 2016, i get a shock to see that vodacom deducted R24750 of my account. From the 07th Sept 2015 - 07th Nov 2016 my billing stayed fixed at R1300 I phoned their offices and asked why is this happening again and the manager said it is because there is no fixed limit on my data, i said but this is not treating customers fairly, i get bombarded every day with vodacom specials and data packages and every time i sing the same song "dont change my data package/ contract, i like it the way it is" . This to me is bad service and after i pleaded for two hours on the 07th september 2015 not to let this happen again, it was all for nothing. My argument is that i have a fixed data bundle a fixed contract, i pay my bill religiously every month, and have never missed a payment, the days of customer loyalty and looking after clients best interest are long gone, thank you for listening, I am Werner van der Westhuizen a proud South African fallen pray once again at the hands of Vodacom.
