Vodacom debiting my acount after contract lapses and not dropping my calls when i try to bow out of the contract

I took out a 24 months cell phone contract with Vodacom in 2018. the contract lapsed last month in March. I have been trying to contact the Vodacom cancellations department for the past 2 weeks. You hold the phone until you cannot hold anymore. eventually today 06/04/2020 @ 14h00 I got hold of a consultant after holding for about 10 minutes. Her name is Kimberley. upon hearing that I didn't wish to continue with my contract as it lapsed, she hung up the phone on me. She was useless and not interested in what I was saying. she terminated the call. 30 minutes later around 14:31 I got through again this time to an equally useless lady by the name of Crystelfha, instead of helping me, she was not interested, she said she will get the initial consultant - Kimberly to call me, up until this time no one has contacted me.

Reviewer Update
on the same date that I posted my complaint about Vodacom's appalling service. I received the below response from Vodacom, committing that they will contact me. Today as I am writing this post 3 days later Wed 08 April 2020 at 16:00, I still have not heard from Vodacom.
This goes beyond poor service, i don't know what to call it.

kindly note because my query related to only one of the three contracts that i have with Vodacom, that until this matter is resolved i will be withholding my payments of all my Vodacom contracts, including the ones that are not at issue.

For public's attention, below is the halfhearted response i got from Vodacom in response to my initial complaint on Monday:
