Vodacom Debiting my Account with R3078.86 via Journals - Why???

Vodacom, you debited my account twice on the 28th of April 2022 for no apparent reason. It appears to be journals that was passed as there are no invoices linked to these amount. You debited my account twice with R1539.43, thus R3078.86 in total.

My Acc No is IO577789-9
