vodacom debited me after contract cancelations and terorising me to keep on paying via VVM

Bad service when it comes to contract cancelations. They will keep on charging you even if you call several times to cancel contract.I have been a contract back from 1994 and I request contract cancellatino ealy in 2025.have been battling for them to cancel my contract as they keeping on invoicing me things that they keep on adding irrespective of me requesting them several times to cancel any subscription. To a point of me stopping any debit order on them and now they reported me to VVM for none payment.they don't bother listening to all calls I made to get the contract canceled and everytime they promise me its done buy month end the debit me the purpose of there call recording when making a call to them is useless because it's not used.they just terrorise you to keep on paying.I have experienced it.
