Vodacom debit orders

Having so much issues with support on Vodacom. My debit order went off twice. Been phoning everyday to get it sorted out without no success. Everyday it's another story or excuse. No one can put me through to a manager. I want my money back not reversed into my vodacom account to off set the next few months. Yesterday a team leader told me to wait till midnight then my money will reflect in my bank account but still nothing. This has been ongoing since January. My number got blocked and I am no longer able to phone vodacom. Unacceptable and VERY unprofessional
