Vodacom Incorrect Debit order - An Unsubstantiated amount taken of my account without my approval. As per the VC website my Monthly September bill was for R308 , yet VC helped themselves to R2,338 ?

03 Oct 2025, 09:08As I said in my email to Vodacom, please do not phone me on this issue. I want it resolved. money paid back. You have all the details:"The email below dated 21 August, was related to the same issue and I was assured, via a phone call, that this large debit order of R1951.98, would not happen. It did not happen then, and neither did it go away. Using phone calls, that have no record, is quite a good way of breaking written communication, so I will not take any further phone calls on this matter. "
