worst experience I have ever had with a service provider for a business contract. I was trying over 2x weeks to get a contract done with Neo and Nadine - they are absolut not competent in the business field, not knowing their own products and an absolut horror in processing the contract. Salami tactic over 2x weeks - this includes an *********** back office support from their dealers support at Vodacom !

I finally gave up - MTN took 3x days - sorry, but this is zero stars!!!

I really hope that somebody from Vodacom Dealer/ Shop sales follows up on this with me!
