Vodacom Deal with your Distributer Chatz!!!

Vodacom uses Chatz connect as their exclusive distributer I was disgusted by the level of service given to me on the 12 May 2019 at the greenstone branch as they were not aware of the deal advertised on their website. Today the 13 May 2019 I called the head office of Chatz Cellular to lodge my complaint but I am still waiting for a call and a resolution. The ********* bunch they are quickly took off the promotion from the website. My husband spoke Akali.The advert promoted a 10Plus Samsung plus A50 and powerbank for R799 per month over 24 months. I have the picture to prove this and everyone in the store was online and saw the deal and said will follow up. This is in breach of section 30 of the CPA on advertising. I am actually willing to take this further legally as I hate wasting my time with ********* people. Vodacom you need to do something about this. The last people I spoke to was Lyle and he said he has escalated to his Sales Director Farid Bhayat. I am still waiting for the elusive call. I have over 15 contracts with vodacom I am hoping my loyalty to this brand is taken seriously. If this is not sorted Chatz and Vodacom can fit my legal bill going forward
