Vodacom deal negotiations

<p>15 Feb I spoke to a consultant Mondli to change my vodacom contact which was due. I am going on pension and he made a special pensioner package deal for me....... R200 = 350 airtime minutes and 2 Gig data. I explained to him several times that I am interested in the DATA as I use a lot of data end not so much airtime.</p> <p>Nedless to say that when the deal came through I only got R200 airtime... I have been battling since the beginning of March to set this straight.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please how can I solve this... I spoke to numerous operators at Vodacom and they keep on telling me they are escalating this and still no joy.
