Vodacom deal cancelation

I am struggling to cancel a deal with Vodacom whilst I have settled the account. Vodacom is pulling a Nkosana Makate tactic on me. I have called their Pre-Legal department, they too, in turn referred me to the Billing dept, it's a ping pong game with no end in sight. Vodacom is a ****, no professionalism, bad business ethics, and opaque processes.
