Vodacom ****

I had bad experience with Vodacom for the past couple of months. Their contracts are nothing short of a ****. Last month I complained about them and to their credit they called me and promised they've sorted the problem only for them to continue billing me incorrectly. 1st they made an excuse about advance air on one of the numbers linked to the contract which was by the way paid back way before the billing date. I let that slide but now the keep on coming up with excuses to take my money. I will escalate this further to ombudsman.
