Vodacom

a year ago i got a black Friday deal with vodacom scottsburg, it was r199 for two years.. The first few months the debit orders were correct, thereafter they started deducted r310 or more. Today on the 1st of feb they deducted r789.05. I called in and queried it no one amended or adjusted it. The closest branch to me is vodacom south coast mall , however they keep referring me to accounts and they refused to help me in store. This has been going on for months and i am tired of dealing with people who are easy to sign up contracts but cannot help when there's an issue. This isn't a contract i signed
