Vodacom ****************

This morning a vodacom consultant called me to tell me my account was in arrears. She argues I must pay for a ********** upgrade that Vodacom itself has proven to be indeed ********** and sent communication to that effect. I cannot understand why two department of the same company are at odds with oeach other. If the ***** dept says it was a ***** and collections says i must pay, is that not an anomaly? Why must I pay for a ********** transaction that your systems failed to stop? i will only pay for the othe contracts not the ********** one. Can someone please do their job!!!!!
