VODACOM DATA USEAGE RIPOFF

I was massively overcharged for data useage last month. I got smsd that I was out of data and reloaded more data immediately & the data was not loaded propoerly on Vodacom's side and I got hit with massive data costs - even though i had switched off my data useage + went in to the shop to have my phone checked. <br> Now I phone in and noone can help me! Extremely frustrating! I have been a long-time, loyal customer and I refuse to be ripped-off and will change suppliers if this doesn't get sorted asap.<br> Please can someone help!?
